As Precontruction Manager, your role is to oversee and guide the process to estimate and gauge feasibility of a project. Making sure to produce adequate forecasting and preconstruction planning to get a project ready on time.

As Precontruction Manager, your role is to oversee and guide the process to estimate and gauge feasibility of a project. Making sure to produce adequate forecasting and preconstruction planning to get a project ready on time.
EXPERIENCE
- Significant experience with estimation and preconstruction work for heavy civil construction - inlcuding underground utilties and roadway
- Strong forecasting abilities
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Great understanding of technical needs
- Great understanding of local, state, and federal requirements
- WWTP experience a plus
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 10 years of related Project Management and Estimating
- Expertise in Civil Construction and Utilities
- Strong leader and team player
