Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Practice Optimization Manager to join the Provider Integration team in Fort Myers, FL. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, can multi-task, and think outside of the box. Under the direction of the Director of Practice Optimization, the Optimization Manager works with the Optimization team to perform key tasks during medical office integrations and other implementations to identify and diagnose root cause issues to help ensure Millennium best practice workflows operate as conceptualized, and the newly integrated Millennium Providers, leaders and team members can perform as efficiently as possible. This individual supervises Optimization teams to aid in newly integrated offices, coaching new employees in process imprudent to enhance physician and staff workflow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• 
  Responsible to fulfill assignments from the Director of Practice Optimization, providing progress reports and escalating issues as needed
• Responsible to direct the day-to-day duties of the Optimization team leads and staff
• Works collaboratively to solve problems, identify root cause, improve processes and integrate services within new medical practices
• Direct the facilitation of continued training support to lead new practices to optimal performance in accordance with MPGs Best Practices
• Act as a liaison between Integration/Operation teams and Learning and Development team, prioritizing training resources and modeling performance toward operational requirements.
• Oversee monitoring of Competency Dashboard, ensuring data is delivered from dashboard results to Integrations and Operations team
• Assess current talent in newly integrated office and work collaboratively with Integrations team and trainers to coordinate improvement efforts related to overall performance of the new medical practices
• Oversee the conducting of operational assessments and effectively communicates training requirements and action plans to integration and operation teams
• Reviews office procedures to assure things like procedures for medical emergencies are in place and followed
• Backfills office roles as needed
• Adheres to company CARES Code of Conduct

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job supervises the Optimization team including Practice Leads, Clinical Specialists, Clerical Specialists

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or computer science preferred
• Minimum of 10 years in a medical practice organization, with responsibility for performance support or initiating improvements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in management supervision
• Clinical and clerical licensure (CMA, RMA, LPN) a plus
• Superior EHR/healthcare systems experience
