A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A POST-HARVEST ASSOCIATE

As a Post-Harvest Associate, you play a crucial role in the manufacturing of our products by being the first step in the process of preparing our plant for packaging. You partake in the curing process by hanging and dry-racking flowers. Ensuring the plants remain in prime condition, you monitor climate control in the facility by maintaining a warm temperature. In addition, you cut the plants and trim them to the desired size. Once that step is complete, you remove the flower tops to prepare them for the next stage of processing. You are constantly cleaning up around you to ensure your workspace remains tidy and to avoid any contamination. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A POST-HARVEST ASSOCIATE

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the job, including standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, squatting, twisting, and lifting
• Ability to climb up and down ladders
