Hackensack Meridian Living at Holmdel, The Villas of Holmdel Manalapan, NJ 07726
The Porter works in the Environmental Services/Housekeeping Department and:
- Maintains all floors, i.e., stripping, waxing and daily maintenance of tile floors and periodically shampoos rugs.
- Empties all kitchen and housekeeping trash.
- Ensures that all entrance ways are clean and that they are maintained.
- Moves facility and resident furniture as assigned.
- Maintains equipment in good working condition and returns it to the proper storage location after use.
- Completes all assignments as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must be able to operate and use all equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner consistent with their intended purpose so that equipment, facility property, and/or individuals are not damaged or injured.
