Pool Operator
Emerald Isle Realty’s Maintenance Department is seeking a Pool Operator needed for maintaining residential pools and spas for our busy vacation rental company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Cleaning, testing, and balancing the water chemistry on residential pools and spas.
- Removing sand from pools and spas
- Testing the water chemistry and adding chemicals as needed to maintain a safe and balanced level
- Cleaning and organizing the pool deck area
- Picking up trash around the property as needed when on properties
- Interacting with vacation guests and home owners
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation with the ability to transport pool chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work well on computers and electronic devices
- Ability to carry 50lbs regularly
