PM/Construction Contract Administrator - 15 to 25 years of professional experience to fill a leadership position for a new Raleigh office. Candidate must possess the knowledge of both design, document production and construction including knowledge of codes, construction processes, and construction contracts. Candidate must also be available to travel throughout the Southeast Region and will be subject to the physical demands necessary on a construction site including, but not limited to, climbing scaffolding, using ladders, and navigating excavations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator and familiarity with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam are a plus. This position is a tremendous opportunity for someone motivated and driven to collaborate with the Principals on establishing the firm’s presence in the Eastern North Carolina and Southeast Virginia.
