VanderHyde Mechanical is a family-owned company on the Northwest side of Grand Rapids, MI, who strives to promote and encourage a team atmosphere. Seeking a Plumbing Service Department Lead who can help us to continue to support and encourage our growing team.
A qualified Plumbing Service Department Lead Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training and managing plumbing service team
- Work closely with our CSR team to manage scheduling and dispatching
- Perform jobsite visits with service technicians
- Budget / Verify Job costs
- Working closely with other department team leads
- Strong communication skills and be a team leader
- Verifying / Submitting Employee Time Sheets
Requirements:
- Plumbing license (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of field experience (Residential and/or Commercial)
- Valid Driver’s License
