JOB OVERVIEW
The Player Service Staff is responsible for working on a team or independently performing a wide range of duties that allows the golf course to run effectively. These duties may include cleaning golf carts, maintenance of the range, providing service for customers, and maintaining carts throughout the seasons. Individual conducts them self in a professional manner and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requires knowledge of RainDance National’s company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for management of carts, consisting of cleaning, stocking, and rotating carts throughout their shifts.
- Responsible for picking the range, cleaning range balls, and keeping the range stocked.
- Understand how to store, charge, and pull-out carts from the cart barn.
- Empty all trash bins at the end of the day before course is shut down.
- Help stage carts during tournaments and assist in any other duties assigned to them.
- Maintain carts upkeep, service batteries, and repair any other necessary problems that may arise.
- Available to safely lift a maximum of 50lbs.
- Monitors & maintains an attractive, orderly, and safe environment around the cart barn.
- Self- Motivated with the desire to be service and customer focused with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company policies, services, procedures & standards.
- Demonstrates professional behavior and work ethic.
