Position: Physician Practice Manager
Department: Practice Management
Location: Cass City, MI
Hours: Full Time. Days. Monday - Friday. Full Benefits.
Hills and Dales Healthcare is seeking a full time Physician Practice Manager. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Office Management or equivalent required
- Other Degrees considered: RN, LPN, or MA with
appropriate experience
- Minimum 5 years progressive management experience required
- Interpersonal skills including effective communicator, knowledge of group dynamics, ability to be both a team member and a team builder, ability to energize and focus a group to work together to achieve goals and objectives
- Ability to multi-task, follow through, and communicate effectively with several groups of people
- Ability to identify difficulties in clinic workflows, and effectively lead staff to change behaviors to be more efficient
- Problem solving skills.
- Able to travel within Tuscola, Huron and Sanilac Counties regularly.
Responsibilities: The Physician Practice Manager supervises staff members of the physician offices. He/She is responsible for the productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment of the clinics and staff he/she manages. The Manager of Physician Practices demonstrates excellent customer service. He/She upholds the standards contained in the Mission, Vision, and Values of Hills & Dales Healthcare.
