Job Description/Requirements:
- Evaluation/Treatment of Patients in their home.
- Driving is involved in this position.
- Assist in evaluating the level of function and in developing the plan of care.
- Evaluate the home environment and make appropriate recommendations
- This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $50-100 per visit. Potential to make $100,000- 150,000 yearly.
- We are hiring in multiple locations across southern California
- We covered these counties: San Bernardino County & Riverside County.
Required License/Certification:
- Professional License
- CPR Certification
- Covid-19 Vaccine Card
- Valid California Driver's License with transportation insurance
