Personal Property Movement Entitlement Counselor (PPMEC)
Location: Joint Base Lewis-McChord
Position is contingent upon contract award
The Personal Property Movement Entitlement Counselor (PPMEC) is responsible for customer service and counseling customers on personal property movement entitlements and responsibilities (CONUS and OCONUS). The PPMEC must have at least three years of experience in personal property entitlements and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures to include DoD 4500.9-R, JFTR, JTR, and other applicable service regulations. The PPMEC must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct briefings. Individuals should possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
