The Production Services Manager will be fully responsible for managing the delivery of application and technology support to the Global Markets Credit & Munis businesses, focusing on managing incidents, setting team direction & staff strategy, facing off to senior business management, coordinating stability programs and strategic process & automation improvements. Additionally, the role will closely work with onshore and offshore groups worldwide to continue to operate and improve on global support model. This is a high-profile role working in a fast-paced environment requiring individual with flexibility, business acumen and the ability to assimilate information quickly, with focus on Incident and Service Management. The position requires exposure of Global Markets Businesses, strong technical skills, knowledge of industry best practices, IT service management, ability to operate in a global team and a passion for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• 10+ overall technology experience, with Strong Production Support Services background
• Proven track record of managing successful support teams, including coaching, performance, and day to day engagement in the success of the team
• Strong Incident Management and Problem Management experience with ITIL understanding
• Independent self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented, with a proactive approach and positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
• Experience driving creation and design of processes and solutions to achieve business goals, resolve issues/gaps, or deliver on strategic priorities
• Must be an effective communicator and negotiator with strong writing and presentation skill
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and drive quality results with urgency
• Strong time management skills
• Experience in Monitoring & Alerting, and Job Scheduling systems
• Technical knowledge of Unix/Linux, Python, Database (Sybase/SQL/Oracle), Perl, Shell scripting, Infrastructure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Strong Production Support Services background: 10 years (Preferred)
• Monitoring & Alerting, Job Scheduling systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Unix/Linux, Python, Database (Sybase/SQL/Oracle),: 1 year (Preferred)
• Perl, Shell scripting, Infrastructure: 1 year (Preferred)
• ITIL understanding: 1 year (Preferred)
