Peripheral Equipment Operator Job at VASTEC
This contract position will provide support personnel to perform document preparation, operate high speed copier duplicating machines, scanning/conversion, document automation and customer service related support functions. This position will also prep, scan and index documents.
- Follow production workflow to produce high volumes of work, using high end digital printer/copier equipment;
- Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills, staplers, perfect binders, joggers, coil binders, punches, laminators, and other finishing equipment.
- Maintain records of work completed, ensure production units are recorded for billing, and notify designated government and/or customer representative(s) of job completion.
- Follow all established safety/security procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Information
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- MUST have Covid-19 vaccine by start date (since this is a government contract)
- Hourly rate: $23.52/hr
- 10 Paid holidays, benefits available, PTO after 1 year of employment
- Must pass required background check and drug screening to be hired
