This Opportunity

WSP USA is seeking a People & Projects Content and Data Coordinator in one of our major US offices to support marketing activities across several markets including Transportation; Property & Buildings; Energy; Earth & Environment; Water; and Climate; and Resiliency and Sustainability. While our ideal candidate brings some experience in the A/E/C or professional services industries, what we’re seeking is someone with a collaborative, can-do attitude and a propensity for editing and writing.

This position supports our Strategic Growth Team with writing, editing, and maintaining data related to marketing collateral to support our proposals and qualification packages. Data includes, but is not limited to, project descriptions, resumes, and images. The successful candidate will be a strong writer and editor with attention to detail, have the ability to manage a large database, and be an effective communicator.


Your Impact

  • Review/edit/maintain employee records.
  • Review/edit/maintain project records.
  • Edit/write content for WSP corporate resumes and project descriptions.
  • Update database with new information.
  • Update/maintain image library.
  • Provide support/guidance to Strategic Growth Team in researching data.
  • Track and resolve regional user issues and concerns.
  • Provide training for new users.
  • Conduct research for project information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or closely related discipline with 1-3 years of experience.
  • High school diploma with 5 years previous experience creating, updating, auditing and reporting data in a database environment, preferably CRM.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strict attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience. Oracle CRM experience a plus.
  • Experience in A/E/C industry

Compensation and Benefits:

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.

Expected Salary: $47,500 - $91,500

WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
