Peer Advocate Per Diem → Job at CBH Care
Responsibilities
Outreach to provide program information and services to consumers
Engages with consumers in on site and in-community services
Under supervision, assists consumers with activities of daily living, obtaining basic needs, and supervision
Provides consumers with education on mental illness, symptom management, and medication compliance
Participates in all team meeting and ongoing training
Qualifications
High school diploma
Life experience with mental health treatment and treatment systems
Valid New Jersey driver’s license

Monday and Friday, 10am-6pm
Wednesday 10am-2pm
