Qualifications
Job Duties:
PC Tech will be performing or virtually assisting users over the phone and performing data migrations, pushing software and changing out desktops, laptops or workstations in a plant environment.
Skills:
A basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting
Perform data migrations using various tools
Accurately document the installation and or removal of equipment
The ability to multi-task, be punctual and have flexibility with the work hours
PC tech should be comfortable working onsite in a plant environment under COVID-19 guidelines (wearing a mask, maintaining 6 foot distance, etc.) and fully vaccination is required
