What you'll be doing:

Making a difference every day you come to work: You will be making a difference with every interaction you have with our patients. You will be answering patient questions and concerns with a sense of urgency and kindness, both on the telephone and in person. You’ll be welcoming and providing exemplary customer service to all our incoming patients.

Building Relationships: Your kind and detail oriented approach will help you better understand the challenges your customer is facing and help you develop a solution that is tailored to their need and founded in best practices. All this should lead to happy and healthy patients!

Growing beyond your wildest imagination: You'll have to leave your ego at the door because none of us know it all here. Solid work ethic: Our patients and teammates are depending on us to deliver on time. That means being available for our patients, calling them back as quickly as possible and showing up on time. This also means being trustworthy and honest.

Diligence: In managing your day, in working with your patients, you name it. You'll be expected to manage your day as though it was your own business. You'll be expected to be on the phones, help patient verifying insurance, collecting co pays and coordinating with your team to deliver a timely and an exceptional patient care experience. Expect to be busy!
