Party Rental Coordinator Job at A to Z Equipment Rentals & Sales
Locally owned, family operated company offering party and equipment rentals has on opening at our central Phoenix location. We are seeking an out-going people person to assist customers with their party and event planning needs, as well as staging/cleaning party equipment.
You will be assisting customers both in person and on our busy phones by helping them with reservations, contracts, and etc. You will also be assisting with showroom displays.
This can be very fast-paced work, especially during the holidays.
Must be, energetic, organized, reliable, able to lift 25#, detail oriented & accurate. Some physical labor may be involved with helping with orders. Experience a +, but will train. Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, and etc.
You will be in daily frequent contact with our customers, so a professional demeanor & appearance is required. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Saturday work frequently required.
Drug screen & background check required.
