21st Century Equipment is accepting applications for a Parts Coordinator in the Southern Region which includes such locations as Ogallala and Imperial, Nebraska and Holyoke, Wray, Yuma, Burlington, Flagler or Cheyenne Wells, Colorado. Preferred applicants will have experience in agricultural parts sales but will train the right individual. Required skills include excellent computer and organizational skills. JOB DESCRIPTION


JOB TITLE: Parts Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Enterprise Parts Manager

WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Parts Managers & Parts Counter Employees

JOB SUMMARY: Perform administrative duties for multiple parts departments.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (listed in order of importance):

  • Approve and forward on the Deere invoices inside DocStar to AP.
  • Ensure parts departments stay up to date on parts receipting.
  • Receipt outside vendor invoices into parts inventory and bill to customers.
  • File claims thru Deere such as parts overages/shortages and damage claims.
  • Submit order escalations in CCMS as needed per the parts/service managers.
  • Check parts bulletins and submit any returns per bulletin rules.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.


EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel recommended but not required.
  • General knowledge of agriculture terms and mechanical experience preferred.


SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Position requires you to be extremely organized.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires you to sit and enter data for extended periods of time. You will be sitting and typing for the majority of your shift. You must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs above your head.
