We are looking for an RNs in AUSTIN!

We need 2 dynamic COVID-19 vaccinated professionals to join our clinical field team. We offer great benefits, a flexible schedule, and wonderful team support.

As part of our clinical team, you will provide home health start of care admissions to our residential or community patients in your territory and case manage a small geographic territory from the comfort and flexibility of your home. We understand the need for maintaining a positive work-life balance and focus on scheduling our nurses with consistency and awareness of geographic visit location. Home Health experience is essential, along with a proven ability to manage an independent work schedule and a good understanding of PDGM Medicare requirements. Knowledge of WellSky/Kinnser software is a plus!

• Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Registered Nurses: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Required)
