We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team!
Thursday: 1:00pm-6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer dealership phone and check voicemails
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Check receptionist email and using this as a form of communication between departments
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Calling customers when their tag is available for pick up
- Calling on referral checks
- Inputting fuel receipts into excel spreadsheet
- Sending out FedEx
- Maintaining our vending area
- You may occasionally be asked to fill in for other shifts as needed
- Misc. task as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- A professional appearance
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Clean drug test
- Clean background check
COMPENSATION:
- Up to $20 per hour with a sign on bonus of up to $5,000 depending on experience
