Center for Autism Nurturing is in need of a passionate BT/RBT to provide top-notch ABA Therapy services to our clients located in the Charlotte, NC area. The schedule would be ~15 hours/week with additional hours available for training and coverage. We also have opportunities to increase hours as additional clients are added.

If you are not an RBT yet, but would like a path to become one, we will provide paid training and support to get you there.

Currently the hours are

• Mon, Wed, Fri: 4:30 - 6:30 pm
• Tues, Thurs - 2pm - 6:30 pm.
• Saturday Availability is a PLUS!

Job Duties:

• Receive clinical supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Collect data on treatment outcomes and efficacies
• Educate parents through psychoeducation about their child's disorder
• Deliver 1:1 client care in the home and community
• Attend weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate collaborative team approach to treatment
