Brent Brown Toyota is hiring for a Part Time Receptionist!

MAJORITY OF SHIFTS AVAILABLE ARE EVENING 3PM-9PM, SOME SATURDAY MORNINGS 8AM-3PM.

In need specifically for Monday, Friday and Saturday coverage. About 12~ hours per week! More hours may become available at a later time.

AFTER 60 DAYS THERE IS A $250 BONUS!!!!!!

Essential Duties of our Receptionists include the following:

• Answers the phone in a professional, friendly manner and directs the call to the proper department or person
• Checking in accessory customers and notifying the accessory manager on duty or vendor that the vehicle is here and ready to be worked on
• Scanning Service, Parts and Accounting documents
• Assist customers that come into the store, making sure they are taken care of in a timely manner
• Log and mail or file license plates, notifying the customer they are ready for pick up if needed
• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the reception desk area
• Maintains professional appearance and friendly attitude

Requirements:

• BILINGUAL PREFERRED! (But not required)
• Basic knowledge and confidently proficient in Google office programs(Sheets, Docs, ect.)
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and complete each task efficiently
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Minimum age of 18 is Required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
