Part Time Flexible Cabinet Finish and Color Repair Artist

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Cabinet Repair Technician/Artist to work on kitchen cabinet projects in Eastern Wisconsin (Fox Valley area /Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh). This position does NOT require cabinet or woodworking experience. We are looking for individuals seeking a flexible schedule to fill a part-time position and can work between 1-3 days per week for a full work day. We are able to accommodate YOUR schedule.

The position ranges in pay with increases available after a 60 day probationary period and as the candidate develops competency with our training program. Candidates will need to have a full day (8-5) available at least once per week to be considered.

The interview process for qualified candidates will include a 1-day paid trial day at a base rate. This allows the candidate and the hiring team to work together.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Arrive to job site on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow a checklist to repair wood cabinets and other wood surfaces by repairing color and color matching.
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow Kitchen Tune-Up’s customer service Trustpoints on every project
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work in Appleton-Green Bay-Oshkosh and surrounding communities
