We are looking for an experienced paralegal or law school graduate to help us expedite drafting, editing, and reviewing contracts and agreements, keeping track of changes over time, and organizing signed agreements. You will work in tandem with our legal counsel and corporate executives to provide a quick response to requests for new and updated agreements with our partners and investors.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of legal case management
- Knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, particularly regarding Partnerships, Consult for Equity Agreements, SAFE agreements, and PPMs
- Certification or associate degree in paralegal studies (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
- Investigative mind and strong research skills
- Experience in preparing legal reports
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with SEC
- Experience with Venture Capital
