Paint Prep Job at SEI Manufacturing
The roles and responsibilities of Paint Preparation are as follows:
- Prepare fabrications for the finishing process
- Clean and sand parts
- Apply body filler and primer to parts
- Sand body filler and primers
- Grind and sandblast fabrications
- inspect parts to insure quality
- Follow company quality and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with the entire SEI Manufacturing team to assure clear communication
Minimum and Preferred requirements:
- Willing to train motivated individuals
- Must have a good attendance record
- Must have a can do attitude
- Must be willing to work in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have a desire to produce high quality parts
- Ability to read and understand prints preferred but not required
- Experience with sanders, DA’s, and spray guns is a plus but not required
