BEN is seeking a Paid Media Strategy Manager who possesses a deep understanding of paid media and digital marketing across several industries, verticals and platforms. This team member will be reporting to the Director of Paid Media, but will also be a vital member of not only the paid team, but as a representative of paid media across all internal teams at BEN. We are looking for an expert who can take over Pricing and planning for current and renewing clients of BEN using industry benchmarks, historical data and analytics. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and capable of developing and improving internal processes as well as comfortable communicating with clients on the benefits of Paid Media.

We are looking for someone who comes with a wealth of knowledge and is constantly up-to-date on all industry news and can relay updates and learnings and instill confidence in our teams for success. Although this candidate will not be executing the campaigns directly in platforms, a candidate with previous experience in platform is crucial as they will be expected to be familiar with all ongoing Paid Media Campaigns in order to efficiently communicate necessary optimization and current status with internal and external members.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate client-facing interactions as the paid expert to deliver paid media strategies and provide clients with the context to understand where campaigns are and how we will achieve their business objectives
  • Establish yourself as a subject-matter-experts internally to unite and educate company departments on the Paid Media mission
  • Analyze ongoing and historical performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, make strategic recommendations, and generate pricing that is driven by insights and the most current data
  • Have a deep understanding of digital and paid media measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking. Efficiently communicate that knowledge with internal and external teams
  • Drive Knowledge and provide leadership on best practices, current trends, innovation and training for impactful paid marketing in order to increase collaboration of internal teams, including Sales, Execution, Client Services, Product Placement, Account Managers, Strategist
  • Communicate insights and analysis on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics in client meetings
  • Develop, maintain pricing guidelines, calculators, rules, strategies, and operating procedures.
  • Manage the core pricing systems and regularly optimize to support current industry benchmarks and BEN data
  • Make informed decisions and necessary changes to ensure our businesses remain appropriately competitive
  • Establish appropriate key performance indicators and develop an analytics dashboard that allows key transparency behind Paid Media internally at BEN
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement processes and systems that ensure the most efficient Paid Media and Organic Influencer Content collaboration
  • Analyze and adjust pricing across all paid channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter and Amazon (And Emerging Platforms)
  • Review and understand optimal paid media strategies to communicate efficiencies and inefficiencies and further suggest optimizations for scaling the accounts
  • Develop new processes for operational efficiencies, inclusive of leveraging our own BEN AI technology for automation in paid media program management, data analysis and reporting
  • Take a leading role in client communications to explain, negotiate, and secure paid media across our brands current and new brands

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years managing, developing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns and strategies
  • Strong Communication skills, proven success in cultivating relationships and cross team collaboration
  • Experience managing performance-based paid social advertising campaigns
  • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing a paid media and advertising programs with budgets in tens/hundred millions, across multiple regions and publishers
  • Analytical and strategic thinker comfortable using data to drive most decisions and rational
  • Experience working with pricing and promotions across a large customer base and multiple service offerings
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing new strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communicator, able to explain complex concepts clearly with strong presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand analysis/reporting and interpret data to make actionable business decisions and recommendations
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to influence a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely detailed oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • A subject matter expertise of paid media and digital marketing, performance advertising, social, and metrics
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and vision for constant growth and innovation
  • Willingness to produce results on your own, and demonstrate by doing, in order to help the department reach its goals and help team members progress
