Position – Packer
Location – Appleton, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd shift openings (must be able to train on 1st shift)
Starting Pay – $20.00/hr

Preferred Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 3+ months manufacturing experience/Longevity is a must
You will be responsible for collecting, counting, inspecting and packing finished product. This position will also require consistent lifting of 35 pounds and movement throughout the whole day.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of all finished products and report any problems to crew leader
- Accurately count all pieces onto pallets and ensure the appearance of pallets meets company standards
- Accurately label all pallets for shipping
- Maintain a safe and clean work station and report any concerns to management
Qualifications
- 3 months manufacturing experience
- Able to work as a team player
- Longevity is a must
- Ability read and write English
- Able to lift consistent weight of 35 pounds
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole number, fractions and decimals |
- Excellent communication skills
