**** BREWERY STAFF OPENING****

Bolton Landing Brewing Co. is looking to expand our brewing staff, and you could be just the right person to join our team. Bolton Landing Brewing is a high-paced and steadily growing 7-bbl brewery with future expansion in planning, which provides for substantial growth within our company. We supply both our brewpub and regional distribution from this small craft brewery, and a fitting candidate should have a passion for the craft beer industry, a strong work ethic, and a responsibility to for career growth in the brewing industry.

Position: Packaging Assistant (Part-time; 1-2 days/week, typically Wednesdays for canning) ***This position could be paired with other PT/FT positions in the Front-of-House, specifically kitchen help for more hours****

Job Description: The position of Brewery Packaging Assistant is an entry level position specific to the brewery that involves end-of-line pack-out on the canning line, keg filling, set up and cleaning of the canning line and packaging area, and any other assistance at the direction of the Head Brewer.

Requirements:

* Education: high school diploma or greater

* Must be able to consistently be on time for scheduled shifts

* Ability to lift and carry 55 lbs. from ground to shoulder and up a flight of stairs; move 170 lb. kegs at ground level; move a 200-250 lb wheelbarrow

* Work from a standing position for 1-2 hour increments without break, work on your feet for 8+ hours

* Work in an industrial environment, fit into tight spaces, and around heavy machinery

* Flexible schedule that could require the need to stay later than expected scheduled hours

* Must have reliable year-round transportation

Responsibilities:

*Unload cans from a continuous and fast-moving packaging line

*Palletize and stack finished cases

*Clean and set up packaging area at the direction of the Head & Assistant Brewers

*Clean, stock, fill, and move empty & filled kegs

We offer competitive compensation at BLBC that is negotiable and dependent upon experience, direct deposit, provide free BLBC apparel, and of course, free beer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
