We are looking for safe, reliable, & independent package delivery drivers for Mauston, Elroy, Lyndon Station and other FedEx Routes. Preferred Tuesday through Saturday. Possibility for flexible schedule.

Starting rate is $19.50/hour. Overtime rate is $29.25. The weekly pay ranges from $750 to $1100. Bi-weekly payroll. Pay rate increases after 3 months, if the driver is safe, efficient and dependable.

Potential for a lot of overtime. We are a growing business and there are plenty possibilities for more responsibilities, new routes and higher compensation to reflect the dedicated effort.

The delivery vehicle is loaded in the terminal in Madison by the driver. Mauston area drivers the vehicle home, fuel is paid by the company. The commute is partially compensated.

There are possibilities to either use one of our Mercedes Sprinter Vans or smaller vehicles. As our operation runs 6 days a week, candidates are required to work on Saturdays.

We are a close-knit team that is looking to bring on additional hard working, dependable team players that are compensated accordingly.

Packages will range from envelopes up to 150 pounds. On average, stop count in our territory will range between 50-90 in condensed delivery areas as well as rural areas. The dense areas in a city may include more stops.

Paid training. Candidates must agree to weekly safety meetings and online safety courses.

Provided: Vehicle, uniforms, scanners, fuel, and everything necessary to complete the job.

Driver Qualifications:

Valid driver's license. Proven driving experience; May include personal business, USPS, Amazon, Uber, local deliveries and other services that utilize own vehicle. Good driving record with no traffic violations.

21 years or older.

Pass pre-employment screens. Background check required.

Meet physical demands of the job, getting in and out of your delivery vehicle 50-90 times per day.

Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.

Familiar with using GPS an hand-held devices. Follow routes and time schedule.

Excellent time management and customer service skills, resolving clients' questions.

Strong moral character who is honest, trustworthy and treats customers with respect.

Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
