Job Description:

The Aloha Crew Member is an opportunity that enables individuals a unique way to jumpstart their career in customer service and gain retail experience in a fast-paced environment. Not only will you help serve our products to our guests, but also engage in opportunities to advance your customer service and leadership skills.

Work Hours: Must be able to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

4:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Job Duties:

• Help serve our products with friendly and helpful customer service and suggest other products to our guests. Serving may include but is not limited to frequent ice cream scooping, crafting coffee drinks, and custom deserts
• Welcome all of our guests with Aloha while directly portraying our "Share the Aloha" company motto
• Assist fellow crew members with FOH and BOH operations
• Regularly help fellow crew members maintain our store by following our company cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Complete any tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Current High School Student, High School Degree or Equivalent
• Be able to show up to all shifts on time
• Must be able to legally work in the United States and the State of Hawaii
• Have a servant's heart- needing and wanting to serve others
• Have a flexible schedule with weekend and Holiday availability
• Provide a Negative TB Test before your first day of work
• Maintains a friendly, family-oriented professional profile to build a relationship with our Lappert's Hawaii team and guests
• Clear and friendly communication skills in writing and speech
• Culturally Sensitive towards others
• Upkeep of personal hygiene
• Requires the ability to reach, scoop ice cream, walk, bend, twist, and stand for long periods to perform all of the regular job functions
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull 25lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
