Pay Range: $55,000-65,000 annually plus uncapped commission

Position Objective and Description:
Working under the direction of the Outside Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representatives will be tasked with acquiring new subscribers to Race Communications. This will be accomplished primarily via door-to-door canvassing, and by networking and generating referrals. A successful Outside Sales Representative will be a motivated individual excited about leveraging the tools and training provided to routinely close sales. Providing a positive representation of Race Communications in order to create trust and build rapport with potential subscribers is paramount to success in the role. Readily adjusts and adapts to changing priorities and direction always demonstrating professionalism and integrity. We are looking to fill this position with a candidate who is bilingual English/Spanish and has a valid CA drivers license.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Acquire subscribers primarily through door-to-door canvassing. Become an expert in Dark Fiber to the home and clearly communicate the value of Race Communications services to prospects. Canvass assigned areas thoroughly to acquire subscribers effectively and efficiently. Guide customers through the entire sign-up process from start to finish. Utilize our top tier prospecting and sales tracking tools. Highly motivated and influential deal closer. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about the Dark Fiber to the home industry. Participate in outbound call campaigns and attend outside sales events (travel required).
