We envision a future where police and citizens are working together as one community to address root causes of crime and promote safety so everyone thrives. We do not believe in us vs. them and seek to develop a new pathway for police and citizens to work together to tackle significant community challenges and promote healing and thriving. We were founded by Kassy Alia Ray in memory of her husband, Greg Alia, a police officer who was killed in the line of duty in 2015.
