The primary responsibility of the Outbound Associate is to safely pick, pack, prep, and put-away products per established production rates using specified processes and procedures. The Associate will be cross-trained to work in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business and operational needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Using commands via RF Scan Gun auditor will scan the barcode on the case pack to include any partial units on order.
• Validate thru eclipse that all items have been correctly scanned on order.
• Ensure that all labels per customer requirements have been placed and applied correctly per customer shipping guidelines.
• Shrink wrap all pallets and ensure that the integrity of the pallet will travel and arrive to the customer in good condition.
• Understand WMS System Requirements and usage.
• Ship and label boxes according to PIP and customer standards.
• Support Housekeeping / Safety as assigned by Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 yrs. minimum in a warehouse environment
• Ability to understand basic math to ensure accurate product quantities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to overhead.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2yr experience in the distribution sector including Shipping and Auditing functions.
• High School Diploma or GED

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
