Seeking honest, responsible, reliable drug and alcohol-free hard-working individuals, single and 2-man crews, good pay, 1099 contract labor applies.

1. INTERVIEWING AND HIRING NOW WITH AN APPROXIMATE MARCH---APRIL START DATE

o Individual and/or two team crew members (2-man crew ideal, but not required).

o All applicants need to be flexible, and traveling is always required.

o Work is somewhat seasonal as we do not operate in the winter months with freezing weather, unless it’s deep in the south part of the country.

o There will be some short periods of off time to go back home, however this is dictated by workload and the corporate office.

o Only hardworking, self-starters that are ambitious individuals need to apply. No babysitting! Family men with responsibilities preferred however not necessary.

o Must be presentable, have good hygiene and know how to deal with the public as in being polite and follow the phrase: “The customer is always right” so stay diplomatic.

2. All positions are outside contract labor whereas IRS 1099 rules apply.

o Pay schedule is three weeks behind, taxes will not be taken out by CPI but owed 100% by the contractor to the IRS directly.

o All applicants must agree to open a company (not a big deal), so that CPI can pay the applicants according to the 1099 IRS rules. Please keep in mind if you are still providing service to CPI at the end of the season, we will pay 100% of the cost to open the applicants company (filing fee only). However, if applicant leaves before the end of the season, CPI will then automatically deduct the amounts Condenser People paid to open the applicant’s company from monies that still remained owed to the applicant which generally is approximately one day’s pay. However, it changes from state to state.

4. Regarding out-of-town work:

o 7 days a week (Extended periods of time). Long hours / HARD WORK. (7:00am -- 7:00pm ½ hour lunch included). HOTELS EVERY NIGHT (Reimbursed by the CPI-no cost to you-1 ROOM, 2 BEDS, 2 PEOPLE). (LOOKING FOR RESPONSIBLE, COMMON SENSE, SELF STARTING INDIVIDUALS).

5. Pay increases above and beyond the base pay rate are available in a two-part formula. Also season-end incentive bonuses are sometimes available, however, they are both dealt with as looking at a two person crew, not necessarily on an individual basis, this will ensure that we can hire people that do not know what we do, but we can put them through a very simple, on the job site, self-administered training program, however, we need the “crews” performance and quality of work along with work performed in a timely fashion to be pretty much equal to all other crews that we have or have had. Whereas the season end-incentive bonus and any pay raise beyond the base pay are not a given, they need to be earned as we’re looking for responsible, hard-working individuals that are self-starters on the job site when they are by themselves.
