OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGER Job at CLEAR CONNECTION INC
Responsible for the technical staff and responsible for all Security and/or Telecom related projects.
- Provide leadership, direction, and review of technician performance.
- Provide technical support with the installation of the projects to ensure success. Spends time on the job assisting and ensuring the delivery of the CCI services.
- Review all Project packages and hold internal kickoff meeting to review scope and address changes.
- Sales Engineering responsibility: help direct and participate in as many Security and/or Telecom projects pre sale as possible.
- Create comprehensive job book for each project; to include
- Site Plans
- Schedules
- Create and Maintaining customer folders
- TigerPaw ? all customer information/updates/timelogs updated timely for all projects
- Project Billing (insure tech time is updated daily, including your PM orcontractor time) so projects can be billed out in a timely fashion
- Communicates and coordinates all project information to the customers.
- Attend all Tuesday Project Meetings
- Ensure timely responses to all correspondence
- Interface and manage vendor relationships (Hikvision/Brivo/Dell, Mitel, NEC, Avaya, etc.)
- Work closely with the VP of Operations on the success of the Operations department, including employee issues, scheduling, process recommendations, etc.
