Job Summary
The Operations Performance Analyst will work closely with the all the team members. The incumbent will work closely with the Performance Improvement Group in trending, inputting of IRIS and PIC data, behavioral analysis, behavior/emotional training, and development of performance improvement plans.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Works closely with Performance Improvement group and assists team leaders to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead teams to seize these opportunities to improve behaviors and performance of the Operations Department.
- Continually focuses on most up-to-date thinking/practices related to lean production/operations.
- Assists management in engagement of all employees to sustain the continuous improvement culture.
- Ensures that site performance management/talent management processes are in line.
- Monitors and communicates progress of KPIs.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Understanding of human behaviors, emotional training, psychology desired
- Minimum of 3 years in process improvement in operations or maintenance desired.
- Nuclear Operations preferred.
- Applicable plant experience preferred.
- Proven leadership and people skills.
