Our growth in the Inland Empire area market has created a new opening and opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager with a solid background in residential remodeling.

This is a high level manager role with broad management, renovation, construction and production responsibilities that will oversee the areas of replacement window and door operations as well as bathroom renovations. This individual, reporting to the General Manager, works closely with the GM, Installation Managers, and Service Managers. Responsible for achieving and maintaining company KPI’s, efficiencies in production and maintaining a high quality standard and great customer experience. Ensures quality, building code and OSHA compliance, training, and individual and team performance. This person combines executive level management with overseeing construction/project managers.

Experience Required:

• Management of high volume residential construction/remodeling projects and people
• Knowledge of Building Code and construction methods
• Prior experience in residential construction, remodeling, renovation or repairs and modifications to homes
• Knowledge of construction trades
• Excellent abilities to prioritize and adjust schedules and instill a sense of urgency in team members
• Computer literate with computer skills in MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to coach and counsel other workers in a positive manner
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required

Base compensation, bonus based on production, and full benefits available
