Clear Lakes Dental provides exceptional care in preventative, restorative and other dental services in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. Started in 2017, we currently have two office locations – Robbinsdale & East St Paul – with more offices to open during 2023.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office activities and provide support and assistance to the dental staff when required.
- Coordinate with the patients and other multidisciplinary specialists to schedule required x-rays, dental imagery, or consultations.
- Hire, train, and supervise newly added staff.
- Lead a team of ADOMs and APSTMs in providing support to the clinic operations.
- Evaluate employee performance, promotion, termination, and retention protocols.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a dental office – i.e. front desk, billing, patient care coordination, dental assisting.
- Proven dedication to provide high quality, comprehensive dental care.
- Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Solid working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and practices.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo or Hmong a plus.
