• Please Note: This position is contingent upon a contract award. We will not be actively responding to applicants until there is a need to move forward with this position.

• Responsible for the timely completion and quality of work and services performed by Ahtna Logistics and its subcontractors.
• Provides supervision of personnel and day to day operations at multiple locations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the contractual effort
• Reviews, prepares and submits deliverable reports IAW the PWS
• Maintains accountability of Government and Contractor owned property
• Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program issues.
• Manages warehousing, shipping, receiving and procurement activities to ensure compliance and budget requirements are met.

• Ten (10) years experience in logistics or supply chain management operations
• Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relative Business discipline or Bachelor’s degree and four (4) additional years of experience
• Must have, at a minimum, five (5) years managing personnel
• Must have significant analytical, organizational, coordination, and communication skills to effectively balance and schedule competing priorities.
• Must have substantial working knowledge and proficiency in computer systems and software to include, but is not limited to; Microsoft Office software programs, Automatic Message Handling System (AMHS) to prepare correspondence, Power Point slides, Excel spreadsheets, and military message traffic.
• Must have good working knowledge of the Navy equipment life cycle
• Must have or be able to receive and maintain DoD Security Clearance
• Must be able to read and speak fluent English

The employee is regularly required to talk, including the ability to pass on information via the telephone, and verbally communicate with clients, staff and other employees, hear and see in order to perform his or her duties in a safe manner, including occasionally driving. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend, push, pull and stand is needed to perform all requirements of this position. Typically will have full dexterity of limbs to feel, reach, sit, kneel, stand, crawl or climb on small stepladders not to exceed 10 feet.
