Job Description Overview:

And ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem solving and is a multi-tasker. In this role you would mentor and develop talent in others while responsible for daily production.
Position Summary:
  • Work direct team, including digital workers to complete all tasks within tight deadlines according to PGs, established procedures and all audit or compliance requirements. This will include quality assurance, reporting, coaching and other duties.
  • Be an active owner/subject matter expert (SME) for team Bot processes and other projects that have a significant impact to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to resolve discrepancies. Then analyze what is discovered to create efficiencies and/or ‘go forward’ solutions.
  • Perform the highest complexity tasks within stated quality and turnaround time standards or performance guarantees (PGs).
Qualifications:
  • Organization, planning and ability to prioritize competing tasks. Pivot as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in creating system records and researching problems.
  • Communicate effectively by adapting to your audience, actively listening, and applying those skills both verbally and in written documentation.
  • Ability to apply good judgment and think critically.
  • Take pride and ownership in everything you do.
  • Ability to work effectively and be productive both individually and in a team environment.
  • Professionalism combined with ability to remain resilient and recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Champions the success of others; strong internal and external customer focus.
  • Be a leader of change by developing new ideas, processes, or procedures.
Physical job requirements:
  • Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Ability to utilize telephone for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire work day (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper)
