Job Summary:

Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities that enable business processes and functions to run smoothly by working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals. Their duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams to extract data figures, creating reports based on their findings, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success. The Operations Analyst will report directly to the Corporate Operations Manager.

Pay Range: $32 - $36 Hourly

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities and support with high-level reporting
  • Use software solutions and computer systems to accurately document and track customer contacts
  • Respond to all client, employee, and vendor requests in a timely, and accurate manner
  • Create estimates, process sales orders, purchase orders and request invoicing for clients
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Order general supplies and maintain inventory levels, while providing weekly inventory reports
  • Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages and letters within the company
  • Adapt to changes in user demands, work environment, and changes to processes or requirements
  • Maintain a technical working knowledge of product or products supported by the department
  • Process and analyze all new intake requests for potential, existing, and former clients
  • Review data quality issues (errors, inconsistencies, gaps) to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with accounting team on all Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable inquiries
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned
  • Train and onboard new employees on operational protocols to ensure all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong understanding of software management tools with the ability to build custom workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, while navigating ambiguity
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Technical writing skills
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Experience with Oracle OpenAir and/or NetSuite ERP, CRM, preferred
  • Experience with Banyan or similar software, preferred
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office experience
  • Project management experience, preferred


Any combination of education and work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements would qualify for consideration of this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
