Starting Pay Range: $50,000

New hires that attain their licensure while working at Intercommunity Action will receive a salary increase after completing a full year of employment with us.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for all aspects of intake coordination for Adult and Children’s Outpatient Services, utilizing clinical assessment skills to respond to, engage, and triage referrals to ensure timely access to outpatient treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Human Services field.
- License not required but preference given to licensed candidates.
- Previous experience with clinical assessment and treatment including triage and crisis intervention preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid Childline, PA Criminal History, FBI Clearances prior to seeing clients.
- Upon licensure, a willingness to undergo credentialing for major insurances.
- A commitment to working in non-profit, community mental health settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
