Our team of dedicated professionals creates a fun and memorable experience. The Onboarding Specialist provides a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new employees.

Hours/days: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What Will I Be doing?
- Coordinate all new hire communications and documentation.
- Ensure data integrity through accurate use and documentation within various company systems.
- Arrange orientation schedule and staff necessary for weekly training needs.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with internal and external customers via phone and email
What do I need to bring to the job?
- Post secondary education in related field preferred.
- High attention to detail a must
- Minimum of one year experience working with Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
- Previous HR related role for 1-2 years preferred but not required.
- One year previous experience as an administrative support professional.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
