ROCKSTAR Handyman needed for multiple properties throughout Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, & Weber county. We are busy, do you like to work independently, on a team producing results and using your skills to reach new heights?

We are a real estate team (Crestview Management) at Keller Williams Salt Lake who also manage several rental properties throughout Salt Lake County, Davis County, Weber County, Utah County, & Tooele County. What will you be doing?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on occupied and vacant residential rental properties.
• Getting properties "rent ready"
• Painting and drywall work
• Basic carpentry & framing
• Basic electrical and plumbing
• A wide variety of odds and ends to get homes ready for rent
• A wide variety of repairs to maintain properties
• Scheduling with tenants, self, outside venders
• inspections
• billing
• owner approvals
• bids from out side venders
• other duties as needed

Requirements:

Your own tools
Your own vehicle large enough to transport materials
Previous handyman experience required
Detail oriented with quality of work
High degree of initiative and self-motivation; strong problem solving skills
Ability to utilize technology including email, computer software, and smartphones
Must have driver’s license
