The Kleane Kare Team (aka KKT) is a well-established commercial and government cleaning company that is looking to add an Executive Administrator to their headquarters.

An office management professional with exceptional relationship building and communication skills, that takes pride in the success of a small business and thrives in a role that pushes them to keep learning, growing and advancing improvements.

This is a three-tiered position, that provides missions critical and often confidential support to the Executive Team in the areas of Administrative/office support, Bookkeeping (light) and Human Resources task management. The KKT Executive Administrator is relied upon to ensure the Executive Team is able to spend the majority of their time on high level, strategic initiatives that keep the business growing and successful.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES HIGHLIGHTS

  • Collaborates with Senior Leaders to gauge support that can be offered to free up their time.
  • Deadline tracking and business requirements (compliance) management.
  • Research, data collection; application and forms submission.
  • Partner and vendor relations; event planning.
  • CPA firm support, including various A/P, A/R and reporting responsibilities.
  • Payroll system, payroll records and employee data/files (accuracy) management.
  • Employee life cycle management, including recruiting progress tracking, new employee orientation and training and termination of employment processing.

MUST HAVE

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 2 years of prior Office Management or office support experience.
  • 2 years prior basic bookkeeping experience, with a good working knowledge of or ability to easily learn QuickBooks desktop.
  • 1 year of basic Human Resource administration experience, in areas such as payroll reporting, new employee orientation and employee file maintenance.
  • Any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Good computer skills, with a working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office 365 and Google applications/programs; experience working within cloud-based system.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.


GREAT TO HAVE

  • Prior experience working with the management team of a commercial cleaning company.
  • Fluent in Spanish; verbal and written.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Knowledge of government contractor requirements.
  • Prior union workplace experience, with a general knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Prior Group Health/Benefit(s) Plan Administration experience.
  • Notary Public License or ability/willingness to obtain.
