WE ARE A GROWING PROPERTY MAINTANENCE COMPANY THAT IS LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER. WE ARE GROWING FROM TAMPA, AND SOON ORLANDO.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WOULD BE PROFICIENT WITH DEALING WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, A COMPUTER, QUICKBOOKS AND DEALING WITH PEOPLE. EXPERIENCE IN SALESFORCE IS A BIG PLUS.
THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED TO GO INTO THE OFFICE, HOWEVER THERE IS FLEXIBILITY THAT AT TIMES CAN BE DONE REMOTELY.
DAILY TASKS INCLUDE ANSWERING THE PHONE, INVOICING, CREATING ESTIMATES, RESPONDING TO EMAILS, AND MORE.
