Employment Background Check & 3 years Driving Record required.
Authorized to work in the USA required.
Expectations:
- Experience and driving during your shift when required is expected.
- Respectful, customer service oriented, clean designated properties areas and keep organize janitorial rooms. Some of the duties are: Driving, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, toilets, urinals, sinks, to mention few.
- Fluent and constant communication with your team, supervisors and managers.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff. We always work in teams.
- Follow all procedures, health and safety regulations, etc.
Skills
- Drive company vehicle when required.
- Willing to work with people and open to learn new skills.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning sector is a expected.
- Honesty, Integrity and the ability to work independently.
- Bilingual: English Required & Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $600.00 per week
