Key Job Duties:

2022 Applicants must not have but preferred prior customer service experience in high volume environment with multiple job duties daily as well as the following skill set - listening, positive verbal communication, people skills, general math skills, knowledge of basic office equipment and ability to work in fast paced environment. Applicant must to be reliable and dependable. Previous furniture credit application experience and face to face communication skills are a plus.

Additional safety measures and strict cleaning standards have been put in place to ensure the best possible experience for both employees and our customers. Office Representatives are needed immediately to answer customers questions and help assist our other customer service teams.

You’ll contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Representative will document sales by creating or updating customer profile records, maintain customer records by updating account information, and maintain financial accounts by processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and credit cards.

Representative will also assist in:

• Updating guests on order status
• Processing all credit applications
• Directing guests to find desired information
• Following up to ensure resolution
