Overview: We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic, and mature candidate who has a good eye for detail, strong critical thinking/problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. There are strict deadlines associated with this position, so applicant must be able to work well in high stress situations.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and electronic filing
- Data entry
- Answer telephone calls and emails from clients and potential clients

Education and Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of two years recent office experience with knowledge of business procedures
- Computer experience, including email, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and strong keyboarding skills
Work Requirements & Schedule: This is a part-time position with potential to become full-time. Hours are flexible between Monday-Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Located at our office in Cedar City, Utah. Non-local candidates must be willing to relocate.
